How We Handle Reviews

Who can leave a review
Star reviews are for clients who completed a trip with Hola Movers, one review per trip. You can leave yours from the link we send or from your client portal.
Personal references
People who know our team personally may share a reference. References are labeled, show how the person knows our team member, and are not counted in our star rating.
No rewards
We don't offer discounts, gifts or other rewards for reviews or references.
How we ask
We aim to invite every client with a completed trip in the same way, whatever their experience. Invitations are sent automatically, so one may occasionally not arrive. You can always leave a review from your client portal.
What we publish
We don't remove reviews because they are negative. We may decline or remove a review or reference only if it: is spam or advertising; contains profanity, hate or harassment; shares personal or private information; is unrelated to Hola Movers; is not based on a real experience; is a client review written by Hola Movers owners, staff, drivers or their family; or was submitted without the required consent.
Editing
We don't change the wording of reviews. If a review includes personal information, we may ask the author to revise it or hide that part and show a note that something was hidden.
Owners, staff and family
They may not leave client reviews. Any reference they share is labeled with their relationship.
Our replies
We may reply publicly to reviews.
Photos and pet stories
Shown only with the author's permission. We use tools that remove location information from photos uploaded to our site.
Language
Reviews appear in the language they were written in and are labeled.
Changing or removing your review
You can ask us to edit or remove your own review or reference by emailing info@holamovers.com. We'll handle requests as promptly as we reasonably can.
Reporting a review
Use the "Report" link on any review you believe breaks this policy. We'll look into it.
Other websites
Reviews on Google, Yelp and other sites follow those sites' rules. We can't edit or remove reviews posted there.
Updates
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
